Thanksgiving 2017

I'm on day three of leggings and leftovers with warmed up turkey, stuffing, twice-baked mashed potatoes, gravy, and a handful of spinach to be "healthy." My sister-in-law Sarah and her husband Steve hosted a gorgeous Thanksgiving for 15 at their apartment in Boston. My family was included in the celebration, and we all chipped in to make the night both delicious and fun. Will made these amazing sautéed green beans with golden almonds; Remy, my brother made homemade spiced nuts; and I composed a few cheese plates with the assistance of my mom, which also included a baked camembert with preserves that was a huge hit. To make a baked cheese, simply preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Take a camembert or brie round, make a few slits in the top, and add sliced garlic and rosemary to the slits. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with preserves, and you have yourself a winner. Yum. What did you all make for Thanksgiving?
