Maya Kaimal Indian Sauce

I'm kind of obsessed with the Maya Kaimal Indian sauce line.  For years I've walked by these pretty, eye-catching containers of Indian simmer sauce. Finally, curiosity got the best of me and I bought a container. I started with the Tikka Masala. I simply added roasted chicken to the sauce, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.   It was absolutely delicious and a super easy option for weeknight meals.

Most recently, I tried the Classic Korma sauce with roasted broccoli, sweet potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms, and served it over Basmati rice. It was quite a filling and tasty vegetarian option. I even bought some whole wheat naan to scoop up the sauce. I am loving this line! If you find Maya Kaimal in your local grocery store and give it a whirl, let me know how it goes!
