The French Cheese Board

I was invited to a lovely cheese event at the new French Cheese Board store at 26 West 39th Street, a space for consumers and members of trade to discover the diversity and richness that France has to offer.

Throughout the event, I nibbled (or gorged) on pungent cheeses like ripe gooey slices of Camembert, sipped on French wine from the Languedoc region, and met fellow Francophiles,  all while gazing at poppy cheese photography byThomas Laisné. I re-fell in love with France tonight and I'm not even sure that's possible. I'm excited to experience the next event French Cheese Board has to offer!
