Well, hello

Well, hello there. It's been awhile. I promise I haven't forgotten about you and this project. Let me catch you up... In 2014, I made a giant leap and left my former arts job for a career in the restaurant world. For two years, I was the Marketing Manager for a family-owned restaurant group based in northern New Jersey. It was amazing and I even started a blog for them! 

During the summer of 2016, my husband and I welcomed a baby girl into our lives. Her name is Marin and she's pretty great. Now that she's six months, I thought it was time to get back on the saddle, dust off my boots, and start writing again. 

As I begin this journey, I ask for your patience. My posts will definitely be more home-cooking based, as my days of drinks, dinner, and travel on the go has severely dwindled. You may see posts geared towards moms, or even stories on feeding your little ones (we started solids yesterday). I guess that's the beauty about blogging; it can be formed and shaped in various ways, stretching a little bit here and a little bit there.
