I hope everyone had cheerful and sunny weekends.
On Friday evening I was invited to a 10-course Chinese banquet to celebrate Chen Dance Center and honoree Sam Miller (LMCC's President) at Grand Harmony Palace in Chinatown. It was one of the most fun nights. Eleven of my colleagues and friends huddled around a 10-top table, chowed down on specialities like fried tofu and seafood cakes, crispy shrimp and garlic broccoli (the best dish), ginger lobster, Chinese broccoli with roasted mushrooms, and crispy chicken. It was so good! After dinner, we danced and drank wine. It was so nice to be surrounded by friends who I have the pleasure to work with. On Saturday, I had a few friends over for cocktails and then went out to dinner in Jersey City at Marco & Pepe (review coming soon). It was really one of the nicest weekends. Tell me about yours.
